We just saw it at the last 110 kms of the 2009 Cape Argus Cycle Tour in Cape Town under extreme conditions: 35,000+ cyclists - including Hollywood actor Matt Damon - were challenged by a heat wave and plagued by gale-force winds that played havoc with anybody and anything. No helicopter could fly - meaning no TV coverage of this decisive part of the event! The honour goes to each participant… never mind who won or who couldn’t finish - it was a massive human achievement and great Spirit!

It was a practical application of “Constructive Thinking” :

While you may have joined us by curiosity and the fact that it’s “free” - so why not check it out? - or by a serious wish to generate online Traffic - the lifeblood to any business you may be building on the Internet: the important first step is taken: Congratulations!

You may be surprised that you find more than you expected! You may even be slightly overwhelmed when first looking into your YORGOO Back Office!

News from the Data Center

Concerns: ycademy, semiomantics, braphosting, webhost8, 1euronet, yorgobiz and many sites and domains hosted or managed by the aforementioned We have just learned from the concerned Data Center that the Server Cluster needs to be entirely rebuilt with all the consequences in as much as loss of time and probably data is concerned. Once the hardware is up and running, the recovered data from back-ups will be loaded, however we may face a roll-back of one month or so because of corrupted back-ups. The new server units will run under new IP addresses and it is therefore important to remain flexible till we know on which machine and under which IP address our individual accounts and web sites will be hosted. IMMEDIATE MEASURE TO BE TAKEN: Please change DNS settings of your concerned Domains to: ns21.myviphosting.com  96.9.135.21 ns22.myviphosting.com 96.9.135.22 ns92.myviphosting.com 38.114.169.92 ns93.myviphosting.com 38.114.169.93 You should add all 4 DNS. This will help if you need to change server again. Based on our good relations with the Data Center as well as with the service company involved for us, we trust that our interests will be taken care of in the best possible way.  Please follow this channel for further news. The concerned servers have given us entire satisfaction in the past and the present problems were not foreseeable based on the permanent monitoring and stats.
