Love Horoscopes - an Experiment

When reading the title “Love Horoscopes” in connection with Online Trading one might wonder what on earth Astrology has to do with Ecommerce?

Well… you’d be surprised…  as I was… when I researched the Topic simply because I was looking for a theme that was interesting as to Google Search returns and yet clearly laid out within all its complexity to be controlled.
“Love Horoscopes” suited me perfectly as I had to concentrate on the 12 Star Signs of the Zodiac; my terrain of operation was clearly defined.

Being myself neither an astrologer nor an astrology addict nor knowledgeable in tarot and the movements of the stars and other heavenly bodies… yet knowing very well that there’s “… more between Heaven and Earth than meets the Eye…” and having done a lot of alternative studies in various adjacent areas that have always fascinated me, my research brought back a number of interesting facts and food for thought.

Clearly, if Ecommerce has to do with people buying and selling online - then Horoscopes are not only an attractive target within themselves and all the by-products that come along - books, crystals, jewelry, readings, workshops, consulting, therapies, tarot cards, astrology charts, CDs, music and all I forgot to mention - but they are definitely abused to attract a readership to in many peoples’ eyes more respectable and legitimate business, insurance and all sorts of services.

Love and the Universe

Which obviously reflects peoples’ mindsets and a predisposition for being emotionally influenced if not manipulated or mind-controlled.

Accordingly, there is a lot of interest in the online community to quickly consult the “Free Weekly Horoscope” or “Today’s Aquarius Love Horoscope“ or “Leo the Constellation” or secretly check out “What Geminis Love Doing” the moment a communicative representative of that sign appears in their life… just for the fun of it… and if it’s positive and one can resonate with it… it’s absolutely great and the good mood is set for the rest of the day…

And YES!  there’s a lot of potential to sell - in other words E-Commerce.

So while I started this project in December 2008 where I completed the basic setup with YORGOO Blasters, it was all part of a plan to link it to my hibernating  http://love.ycademy.net - a Semiomantics Script we set up at an YCADEMY Seminar mid 2008 targeting big keywords - LOVE in my case - which however proved just to be too overwhelmingly big at the time to be handled as a “sideline” to all my other activities - although a beautiful challenge that would truly deserve REAL attention. After all… all you need is LOVE - and I fully believe in it!

The brand-new YORGOOblaster service to promote new YORGOO Blasters was just the right trigger to push this highly interesting “project in development” forward, improve and complete certain settings and errors I committed in the beginning, and start publishing horoscope-related content within the 12 linked categories on my Ycademy Semiomantics Blog. Especially as after all that time the sites were eventually listed on Google. . . I have yet to discover the magic Yorgo Nestoridis applies in getting listed with brand-new names almost before he creates them - at least, that’s the impression one gets when living at the end of the world !

What Original Content will be published ?

While many have an interest in Astrology and the Stars’ Influence on our Life’s cycle, no Astrologer is born overnight - at least not the serious one. It takes years of Study and in my view a lot of good Psychology and Intuition as well as Self-Control to build up an Authority in this delicate field - and as usual from there it’s a matter of Connnections and Trust. So there will be no pretence of Knowledge - however, there will be excerpts of relevant professional material with the corresponding sources… and then there will be the Personal Touch!

Think about it: we all have families and friends and most of us are baby boomers, meaning we’ve had a whole lot of relationships on various levels - so we came across most if not all the 12 star signs during the course of our life. There were our parents, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, grand-children, friends, lovers, business partners andsoforth - and probably we feel close to some and we avoid others. What I want to say is that we all made our own experience and at the end of the day that’s what counts:

Astrology or not Astrology doesn’t matter: Human Relationships do!

Yes, there will be Interviews of our illustruous Team members who have come to online fame and will continue forever in the virtual space of Web 2.0!
