In the framework of the highly efficient Semiomantics Scripts - and within those the popular version called YORGOO Blaster - Yorgo Nestoridis has come up with yet a new version based on close observations and testing of the performance of the current YORGOO Blaster all YORGOO Members have in their YORGOO Back Office. We refer to a script destined to carry our advertising in Keyword Niches to the top of Google - and its behavior also in view of constant updates on Wordpress on the one hand and the unevitable and unpredictable changes on the Internet per se on the other. Of cause, customer behavior, user-friendliness and application preferences play a role as well.

The result right now: YORGOO Blaster YB271 Beta !

As all new scripts, the YORGOO Blaster 2.7.1 Beta needs testing. Accordingly, all Webmasters who attended Friday’s Webmaster Training have received the first Beta release of the Theme which needs to be tested and a suggestion on how to test the script is to be found HERE.

You are required to syndicate a known RSS Feed in an attempt to beat its performance on Google’s top! This may also be your own author’s blog - just avoid over-published feeds.

The focus at this time should not be on advertising but performance on Google.

Another suggestion is to add the current post to your test site by using the ShareThis feature - something I normally never have problems with, however, for some reason … right now … neither pictures nor ShareThis show on my displays, never mind which browser I use. I hope it’s temporary and just on my side… but the point is: if you see it all and especially if you’ve never done it before, do it now and test it on your new beta site.

We just saw it at the last 110 kms of the 2009 Cape Argus Cycle Tour in Cape Town under extreme conditions: 35,000+ cyclists - including Hollywood actor Matt Damon - were challenged by a heat wave and plagued by gale-force winds that played havoc with anybody and anything. No helicopter could fly - meaning no TV coverage of this decisive part of the event! The honour goes to each participant… never mind who won or who couldn’t finish - it was a massive human achievement and great Spirit!

It was a practical application of “Constructive Thinking” :

Traffic - the highest commodity on the Internet

While you may have joined us by curiosity and the fact that it’s “free” - so why not check it out? - or by a serious wish to generate online Traffic - the lifeblood to any business you may be building on the Internet: the important first step is taken: Congratulations!

You may be surprised that you find more than you expected! You may even be slightly overwhelmed when first looking into your YORGOO Back Office!
YES - you get much more than meets the eye from outside and here’s inviting you to approach YORGOO firstly as the essential tool to generate web traffic with one link - like a “one in all” for which YORGOO was a forerunner and often copied.

When new on the Internet you may ask yourself what all the fuzz about “Traffic” on the Internet is about, especially as we know enough of it on the highways out there in the real world! When looking at  “Online Communication” today we automatically think of. . .

• Emailing
• MSN Messenger, LIVE Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, IM etc
• Talking via VOIP - genre VOIPbuster, SKYPE, Googletalk etc
• Online Conferencing
• etc. . .

Here it’s obvious: here we are connecting directly, talking peson to person and even seeing each other.

However. . . did you ever think that everything (or almost) we put out on the Internet - and that remains there forever so watch what you put out… - everything is meant to COMMUNICATE, meaning send out a message to whoever is the targeted receiver or comes across it in one way or another?

A website TALKS to potential visitors and customers.

An online SHOP talks to potential visitors and customers - 24/7/365 that is!

A blog TALKS to either a readership interested in a specific topic - or to potential visitors and customers.

Online. . . this happens 24/7/365 and once the message is out there on the virtual highway… it’s gone, out of your control and circulating through Web 2.0 forever… unstoppable and… tracable.

So the important point here is that everything we put out there on the net is sort of written in stone… communicating. Everything!

Traditional websites are rather of static nature. The visitor navigates through chapters that interest him, chapters that may be updated from time to time as products or prices change, the company comes up with some News or Laudatio… but basically once he’s seen it he got the info and moves on. . .

Blogging websites are of dynamic nature - meaning they communicate rapidly changing content - ideally in contextual style. The visitor, reader or customer finds new information, fresh news and posts whenever he visits the blog. Additionally, he has a way to interact by leaving comments or contribute with his own articles, reviews and other interesting material. These blogs can be linked and syndicated via RSS feed readers into other blogs  where they add to other bloggers’ content - brief: whole interactive blogging web within Web 2.0 is the result!

Blogging is a vital, viral and vibrant part of  Online Communication today. It’s snaking its way through the consistently accelerating web, inescapable…  forcing everyone who wants to build serious Authority or Business on the Internet to learn how to master the secret rituals of virtual snake charming!

However… there is blogging and there is BLOGGING!

The Internet is Imperfect - fullstop!

It’s not easy for anyone… but either we limp behind the train and never reach the results we dream of and deep down we know we never REALLY tried, we just went for mediocrity … or we move ourselves, get out of our comfort zone, let go of our fears and limitations … and reach out, learn, adapt, make mistakes, correct them, move forward, upward and be unstoppable in our pursuit of the target - and this with a strong belief in ourselves and the incredible Leadership we are so fortunate to have.  

Self-pity is such an easy way to escape - and nowhere easier than online! DELETE! Shut Down! Close! Bye bye - just a mouseclick and it’s all over!

The problem is that when you allow yourself to slack down and indulge in self-pity, you risk that self-pity will become a habit… and this will rob you of your belief, your enthusiasm and - consequently - your punch and power to get things done at all.
